WORLD AQUACULTURE 2021 Merida, Mexico May 24-27, 2022. The international event organised by the World Aquaculture Society is combining the Latin American & Caribbean Aquaculture 2022 event with the international WAS event. WA22 Conference
On this occasion WA2021 will have technical and academic sessions, an investment forum, plenary sessions with international guests from FAO and the CEO of USSEC, Jim Sutter. As well as the innovative proposal for discussion panels where invited experts will discuss topics such as climate change, aquaculture in territorial economies, resilience of aquaculture to external changes, aquaculture on the high seas, the role of women in aquaculture, land use planning and zoning.
Submission of abstracts is open to everyone until May 1st.

ST. JOHN’S SET TO HOST WORLD AQUACULTURE EVENT IN 2022
(ST. JOHN’S, NL, Canada) – The Aquaculture Canada and WAS North America 2022 in-person conference is officially set to take place August 15-18, 2022, at the St. John’s Convention Centre, St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. A partnership between the Aquaculture Association of Canada (AAC), World Aquaculture Society (WAS) and the Newfoundland Aquaculture Industry Association (NAIA), the conference will bring key global aquaculture players together in Newfoundland and Labrador.
With eight conference rooms, the three-day conference program will include all aspects of aquaculture from farm to table (submit your abstract).

AQUACULTURE EUROPE 2022 Palacongressi di Rimini, Italy – Sept 27-30.
‘Innovative solutions in a changing world’. This is the theme of the AE2022 event, taking place in Rimini, Italy this September. Traditional and emerging Blue Economy sectors in the Adriatic, Mediterranean and water bodies throughout Europe are expected to grow and expand over the next years and to sustainably contribute to food production, biofuel and clean energy. Nevertheless, there is clear evidence that within 10 years, our coastal and marine environment will change for sea acidification and warming, sea-level rise and coastal erosion and all water bodies will be affected by flooding, eutrophication and pollution, with important effects on ecosystem services, fish and shellfish stocks and food security. How aquaculture is facing these challenges, and the solutions put in place to develop a sustainable, responsible and productive and climate neutral European aquaculture sector for key marine and freshwater fish, shellfish and algal species are the main themes for AE2022 event in Rimini.
The AE2022 parallel sessions will cover the full scope of European aquaculture scientific disciplines and species and will comprise submitted oral and poster presentations. AE2022 will also feature an international trade exhibition, industry forum, student sessions and activities, satellite workshops and updates on EU research. It is time now to submit your abstract to the wide selction of parralel sessions proposed and to book your booth at the AE2022 trade show.

WORLD AQUACULTURE SINGAPORE Singapore – Nov 29 – Dec 2, 2022
World Aquaculture Singapore 2022 (WASingapore2022), Asia’s leading international conference and exhibition on aquaculture will be taking place as planned in Singapore from November 29- December 2, 2022, as an in-person meeting. Over 200 exhibitors have already signed up in a strong show of confidence and support for the event and the industry. Registration for the conference remains open with early bird categories still available. The deadline for abstract submission and call for papers has been extended to September 1, 2022.
